The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on last tenth of August, this year. The meeting was presided over HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in participation.
Upon the call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were considered and accepted with a few amendments.
- Ms. Jones, gave a summarized financial report outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised questions regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed tennis court construction and streetlight improvement projects.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing information about the plans.
After the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, at a later date.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to enhance the quality of life for all residents while addressing present concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, noise ordinances, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments thoroughly and submit their comments by September 1st.
- A public forum will be arranged on August 3rd to address the proposed amendments in further elaboration.
More information regarding the proposed amendments can be obtained on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are strongly encouraged to engage in this important process.
Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by installing trees, cleaning up public areas, and promoting a sense of ownership.
We're actively working on various projects, including the restoration of our central park. We invite you to join us in making Sherwood Lakes a truly beautiful place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around here the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, keep an eye on one another's properties, and foster a stronger sense of community. Gatherings will be held regularly to coordinate efforts.
